In Seville it is always a pleasure to see bullfighting. And even more so in spring. With a great line-up and top bullfighters, bullfighting at La Maestranza is a pleasure for the senses. And you, which bullfights are you going to go to?

The prestige and grandeur of the Seville April Fair have always been built upon the excellence of its line-up. Every season, this selection of matadors captures the interest of devoted aficionados and curious visitors alike, eager to witness the finest exponents of this art on the golden sands of La Maestranza.

This spring, three Sevillian matadors lead the bill at La Maestranza, earning their place through remarkable performances in the arena: Morante de la Puebla, Daniel Luque, and Manuel Escribano. Morante will appear four times at El Baratillo (not including the San Miguel Fair), while Luque and Escribano will each take part in three fights.

Eight other top-tier matadors are set for two performances each: Talavante, Juan Ortega, Pablo Aguado, Sebastián Castella, Miguel Ángel Perera, José María Manzanares, Borja Jiménez, and Roca Rey. These toreros bring diverse styles, yet all have a strong connection with La Maestranza, having celebrated multiple triumphs in the past.
