Under the slogan “Heading for the Future”, promoter Lances de Futuro has created the 2026 Young Talents Promotion Series, an unmissable event where Seville’s unique spirit and the ambition of emerging bullfighters come together on the historic Maestranza sand.

Attending the Maestranza on these summer Thursdays is far more than simply watching a bullfighting event; it is an opportunity to reconnect with the very roots of the spectacle. Drawing inspiration from a historical parallel presented aboard the Nao Victoria, where the 18 selected aspiring bullfighters were compared to the 18 sailors who survived the Magellan-Elcano expedition, the organisers have confirmed the following official line-ups:

* 25 June (Qualifyng Round): Novillos from Polo Sáiz for Manuel León, Ignacio Sabater, Cristóbal de Lara, Íñigo Norte, Armando Rojo and Daniel García.

* 1 July (Qualifyng Round): Novillos from Pablo Mayoral for Curro Muñoz, Antonio Santana, Manolo Martínez, Roberto Cordero, Cristian Restrepo and Juanmi Vidal.

* 9 July (Qualifyng Round): from Antonio López Gibaja for Jaime de Pedro, Israel Guirao, Nicasio Carbonell, Javier Spínola, Rodrigo Villalón and Rojas Ramírez.

* 16 July (The Grand Final): Novillos from Gabriel Rojas for the three highest-ranked novilleros of the series.
